• This week, slow down long enough to actually see one person whose life is quietly falling apart. Learn their name. Ask a real question and wait for a real answer. You are not too busy for this — you are called to this.
• When someone trusts you enough to share their suffering, close your mouth and open your ears. Jesus stopped a miracle in progress to hear the trembling woman's whole story. You can stop scrolling long enough to hear your neighbor's.
• If you have been through deep sorrow and come out the other side still holding the hand of God, know this: that testimony is not for your scrapbook. It is ammunition for someone else's battle. Find them. Tell them what God did.
• If you do not know God and your suffering feels like a meaningless void, hear this plainly: that emptiness is not proof that God is absent. It is proof that you were made for Him. Turn to Him tonight. He is not far from you.
