• Cultivate the habit of standing before God in prayer and Scripture so consistently that standing before hostile people becomes a small thing by comparison.
• Refuse to let manufactured fears keep you from simple obedience. Many of the catastrophes you imagine will never materialize; trust God more and think less.
• If your Christian witness is unrecognizable at your workplace or in your community, you have drifted into the pattern of the seven thousand rather than the pattern of Elijah. Make your faith known.
